Our docks are like neighborhoods, with personalities and traditions all their own. As such, our staff works with you to find the best fit for not only your boat, but also you and the type of resident you wish to be. Depending on location, size, and amenities, you can expect to spend $400 – $1500 per season.

Slips are sold on a First Come First Served Basis. Previous Years Residents have first right of renewal.
